Golf Fitness Training

Working Man's Workout


The golf swing is a complex and physically challenging movement. To withstand and produce the forces required by this powerful athletic movement, competitive players must commit to developing the athletic skills necessary to increase their competitive play and build a more efficient golf swing.

Inspired by movements used by professional dancers, Barre will help create the long, lean body of a
dancer.

Basic ballet moves such as plies, releves and arabesques are
performed followed by Pilates-style
mat exercises. The Barre program
targets the areas of the body that
many women struggle with including
the abdominals, hips, arms and
thighs.
