Inspired by movements used by professional dancers, Barre will help create the long, lean body of a dancer.
Basic ballet moves such as plies, releves and arabesques are performed followed by Pilates-style mat exercises. The Barre program targets the areas of the body that many women struggle with including the abdominals, hips, arms and thighs.
