Fitness for Life


As adults, we perform a wide-range of movements in our daily lives, such as walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending squatting, starting, stopping, reaching and climbing. Shouldn't your fitness program reflect your daily life? A fitness program that emphasizes movements, not body parts, will directly enhance your quality of life and provide far greater results than traditional machine-based training.

The Club's Fitness for Life program will improve your:

  • Core Stability and Strength
  • Flexibility and Balance
  • Strength and Endurance
  • Shape and Definition

The Club's Fitness for Life program is offered in the Individual, Partner, Trio and Small-Group settings.

Weight Management


There is no magic pill or simple solution! Achieving your personal goals requires a structured exercise and nutrition plan, professional guidance, self-discipline and determination.

The Club's Weight Management program includes

  • 2-3 resistance training sessions per week to increase metabolism and lean muscle mass
  • Individualized cardiovascular training program to efficiently burn excess calories
  • Easy to follow nutrition plan developed to fit your metabolism and specific nutritional needs
  • Regular fitness evaluations to monitor your progress throughout the program

The Club's Weight Management program is offered in the Individual, Partner, Trio and Small-Group settings.

Post Rehabilitation


If you're recovering from an injury, surgery, or other medical condition, and have been cleared by your doctor and/or physical therapist to start a fitness program, then this program will help you regain strength and endurance, and overall health.

This is a carefully monitored and structured program, for which your trainer coordinates with your doctor and/or physical therapist and develops customized exercises to improve your strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.

The Club's Post Rehabilitation program is offered in the Individual setting only.

Golf Fitness Training


The golf swing is a complex and physically challenging movement. To withstand and produce the forces required by this powerful athletic movement, competitive players must commit to developing the athletic skills necessary to increase their competitive play and build a more efficient golf swing.

The Club's Golf Fitness Training program will improve your:

  • Flexibility for greater clubhead speed and injury prevention.
  • Core Stability for greater ball control.
  • Balance for a solid base on every swing.
  • Posture for a consistent swing plane.
  • Muscular Endurance to finish as strong as you started.

The Club's Golf Fitness program is offered in the Individual, Partner, Trio and Small-Group settings.

Tennis Performance Training


An effective tennis training program must meet the demands of an all-around, physically challenging sport. Whether you're a recreational or competitive player, the level at which you compete can be directly linked to the amount of speed, strength, agility, flexibility and conditioning that you possess.

The Club's Tennis Performance Training program will improve your:

  • Lateral Movement to improve side-to-side baseline speed
  • Agility for quicker directional changes.
  • Balance for a solid ball-striking foundation.
  • Flexibility for shot-execution and injury prevention.
  • Core Stability to transfer lower-body power to the upper body.

The Club's Tennis Performance program is offered in the Individual, Partner, Trio and Small-Group settings.

Barre


Inspired by movements used by professional dancers, Barre will help create the long, lean body of a dancer. Basic ballet moves such as plies, releves and arabesques are performed followed by Pilates-style mat exercises. The Barre program targets the areas of the body that many women struggle with including the abdominals, hips, arms and thighs.

Experience the mental and physical benefits of Barre in a beautiful, private setting where complete focus and a clear mind transform the body.

The Club's Barre program is offered in the Individual, Partner, Trio and Small-Group settings.

Working Man's Workout


A manly combination of boxing circuit training and strong man inspired strength training to get you back on top of your game! Look good, feel good and regain the strength to carry you through a hard work week and have you ready to play hard on the weekends.

Jump start your day with a perfect combination of cardio, strength and power conditioning. Challenge yourself with a new, innovative fitness program designed for Men only.

The Club's Working Man's Workout will:

  • Develop functional strength
  • Reduce dangerous belly fat
  • Increase your daily energy level
  • Reduce the stressors of everyday life
