All prospective clients are encouraged to schedule an initial consultation with Christie Woodall, Integrative Health Counselor. This complimentary consultation is designed to:

• Review health history, eating habits and lifestyle behaviors.
• Identify the prospective client's specific health and wellness goals.
• Select the appropriate Health Counseling program for the client.
• Establish a rapport and comfort level between the client and Health Counselor, Christie Woodall.
