Yoga Programs at The Club

Introduction to Yoga

Encouraged for all students. Six (6) one-on-one sessions designed to inform student of correct body alignment, Yoga verbiage and pose breakdown. Individual limitations are addressed to ensure safe and efficient progression.

Fit Yoga

Yoga with results and intention! A natural progression from the Intro to Yoga program. You've learned the poses and asanas, addressed your limitations and now you're ready for practice. Performed in a Vinyasa style (flowing sequence).

Master Yoga

Work out hard and sweat! Work through a series of sun salutations full and modified, advanced asanas and more. Merge the mid with the body, the breath with the movement. Studied students only.

Performance Yoga

Yoga for the athlete. Whether you're a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, Performance Yoga will increase athletic performance, reduce the risk of sports-related injury and enhance focus and concentration. A non-traditional program with modifications to develop core stability and strength and increase body symmetry.

Restorative Yoga

A certain body part got you down? Learn how to rehabilitate, gain strength and increase flexibility. Generally done on a one-on-one basis to nutrure the healing body.

Man Yoga

That's right fellas, Yoga man style! Sessions are for men only emphasizing core stability and strength, muscular strength and flexibility. Be prepared to work hard and challenge yourself. Don't forget your towel!
